    The Merlin Property office is a hive of activity as the countdown begins to our first property auction! Next Tuesday, 22nd November, nine properties from all over the country will go under the hammer in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin at 11am. As the country’s only Irish owned property auction house, Merlin are proud to showcase a number of fantastic properties at low reserve prices for this inaugural auction.
